Privacy Policy
What we collect through boropm.com and by email, how we use it, and what happens to your project data when you use the Boro PM desktop app.
Who we are
Revivo Design LLC ("we", "us") runs boropm.com and makes Boro PM. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect on this site
- When you email us: your name, email address, firm and role, and whatever else you choose to include, such as how many jobs you run and the tools you use now.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver and protect the site.
We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't use analytics cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we'll update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up early access or a pilot.
- To send occasional updates about Boro PM if you asked for them or are an early-access contact. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers, each only for its job:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and the domain, and may set strictly necessary security cookies to block abuse.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to load them.
- Microsoft 365 runs our email.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
The Boro PM desktop app
Boro PM runs on your computer and stores your jobs, documents and contacts there. Revivo Design LLC does not receive that data. A few optional features send data to services you choose and connect under your own accounts:
- AI features send the text, documents and job details involved in that request to the AI provider your firm connects. See the AI Disclosure.
- Outlook inbox review reads mail from your Microsoft account so it can be matched to jobs.
- An AI assistant you connect, such as Claude or GitHub Copilot, can read job data and add tasks, notes and reminders when you ask it to.
Those providers handle that data under their own terms. You decide whether to turn each feature on. When license activation or crash reporting is added, this policy will say exactly what they send before they ship.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and early-access details while we're in touch with you and for a reasonable time afterwards, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the personal information we hold, consistent with New York's SHIELD Act. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site and Boro PM are for professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell the contacts we have on file.
